Warranty

All of our products are covered with a two-year warranty extending from the original purchase date, and covers defects or issues arising from the craftsmanship.

Exceptions

Our warranty does not cover:

lost items,
normal wear and tear (including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones),
damage caused by improper care (such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force), or
alterations made by any third party not authorized by CONVIVIAL.
