Shipping

After placing your order, it will take around 1 to 3 business days to process your order. Orders placed on the weekend may not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders.

    • $15 flat rate shipping fee.
    • Orders over $100 will be shipped for free.
    • Shipped using Canada Post.

  • United States

    • $12 flat-rate shipping fee.
    • Orders over $100 will be shipped for free.
    • Shipped using Canada Post, and handed off to USPS once the package reaches the US.

We provide all of our shipments with a tracking number. We ship with Canada Post to ensure your package arrive quickly and safely.

Once the carrier scans your package, it is no longer our responsibility if the package is lost or stolen.

If your package is returned to us due to issues regarding your shipping address, you will be responsible for paying a shipping invoice so we can re-ship your package.

United States-bound packages

For US-bound packages, any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total as they are determined by the customs agency of the destination country.

The agency or courier will reach out to the recipient via mail, email, or phone to pay these charges so that your shipment can be processed.

Duties assigned by customs are out of our control, and we are not responsible for any additional fees. If a package is returned to us because the package was not claimed, the supplied address was invalid, or the recipient fails to pay customs and duties, we will give you a partial refund of your order.
