processing times
Allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on the weekend may not be fulfilled until Monday or Tuesday depending on the backlog of orders. As we are a small team, processing times may increase unexpectedly. Please reach out with your order number if your order has not been fulfilled within 5 to 7 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please note that courier tracking updates may take a few days to reflect.
For market pickup orders, please reach out either through email or through our Instagram to arrange your pickup details.
Canada
Shipments within Canada will take between 3 to 7 business days.
A $15 flat-rate shipping fee will be charged on all orders under $100.
Orders over $100 will be shipped for free.
United States
As of September 11, 2025, we are suspending US-bound shipments. Please reach out to us for more information.
Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details. If your package is returned to us due to issues regarding your shipping address, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with re-sending the order.
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once your order is handed over to our courier.
