Order Modifications
If you need to make any changes to your order, including but not limited to:
- adjusting your order,
- cancelling your order, or
- changing your shipping address,
please reach out to us with your full name and order number within 24 hours of placing the order.
It may take a short while for us to accommodate your request as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.
Return Policy
To ensure the integrity and safety of our products for everyone, all sales are final.
Our products often come into direct contact with the skin and may pose a health risk if returned. Additionally, the delicate nature of jewelry makes it susceptible to wear or damage, which could compromise its quality or value.
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item and would like to exchange it, please reach out within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be in unused, original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Items eligible for exchange must meet our guidelines, and exchanges are subject to availability.
Price Adjustments
Promotional pricing and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Orders placed prior to the start of a sale or promotion are not eligible for price adjustments or partial refunds.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately with photos of the issue and your order number.

Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once your order is handed over to our courier.
If your package is returned to us due to issues regarding your shipping address, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with re-sending the order.
